Ok, so, it's a public holiday today being Good Friday; there's nothing in the fridge and the supermarkets are closed.
Urrgh... I also want a break too.
What I did make took 15 minutes to prepare and 45 minutes in the oven. I pulled up the Cheese and Olive bread recipe on this site and used the proportions to make a cheese and ham loaf. Yep, I kept the natives happy and fed, so we can now relax into our well deserved break.
