Easy Dinner Recipes For Kids

• 1/2 onion, diced • 4 slices of ham, diced • 2 cups cooked rice • 2 eggs, beaten

• Turn the electric frypan to moderately high heat. Toss in diced onion and ham. Fry till the onion is soft • Move the mixture to the edges of the pan • Pour in the beaten eggs and leave it to firm up. Don't stir it • When the egg has firmed, stir it gently to combine with the ham and onion. It will look like scrambled eggs. • Add cooked rice and peas. • Combine and add seasoning. • Cover with lid and warm through till the peas are cooked. |

Use non-stick cook ware so as to reduce the use of cooking oil in your meals.
This meal needs to be stirred around so, it will need a "roomy" pan like an electric fry pan or wok or large skillet.
